Spindle‑to‑Spindle Turning‑Milling Machining Center – MS Series

Spindle‑to‑Spindle Turning‑Milling Machining Center – MS Series

Uniform heat dissipation, achieving high rigidity and precision requirements for the spindle

The MS-series dual-spindle, butt‑joint type turning‑milling‑turning center (back‑spindle lathe) features the capability to perform simultaneous machining on Spindle 1 and Spindle 2 (the back spindle). It is equipped with a 12‑ (or 24‑) station servo‑driven power turret, Y‑axis turret lifting, and a servo‑electric spindle with C‑axis indexing. This machine can complete turning, milling, drilling, tapping, eccentric arc contour milling, lettering, and other operations in a single setup. For thin‑walled components, it enables one‑pass internal and external cylindrical machining with back‑spindle butt‑joint cutting, while secondary operations on the back side can be performed in a single loading cycle, making it an ideal solution. It also delivers excellent results in maintaining parallelism, symmetry, and positional accuracy for machined parts.
