Zhejiang Infrotronic Technology Co., Ltd. is a joint venture of Jingxing Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 002067). We have been manufacturing CNC machine tools since 1993, accumulating nearly 30 years of industry experience.
We rank among China’s early professional manufacturers specializing in the R&D and production of integrated automatic lathes, with outstanding comprehensive strength in this sector. By integrating CNC lathes, robotic manipulators and material stockers into an integrated automatic processing unit, our equipment enables low-labor and unmanned workshop production for manufacturers, effectively boosting production efficiency and cutting manufacturing costs. Our products are widely applied in industries covering crankshafts, precision bearings, gears, automotive drive shafts, brakes, automotive fasteners, wheel hubs, air-conditioning compressors, home appliances, papermaking and tobacco.
Located in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, the company sits 60 kilometers away from Shanghai. It covers a land area of 30,000 square meters with a construction area of 20,000 square meters. As a National High-tech Enterprise, we have obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification. We operate a provincial-level R&D center and a municipal-level technical center, and our products have been certified as the First Set of Major Technical Equipment in Key Fields of Zhejiang’s Equipment Manufacturing Industry. We are recognized as a Jiaxing Enterprise Led by Pioneering and Innovative Talents. As a member unit of the Lathe Branch of National Technical Committee for Machine Tool Standardization of China, we have participated in drafting national standards for machine tools.
We boast a strong core technical team, including industrial intelligence specialists from Japan and core engineers from well-known Japanese robotics enterprises. We possess all-round R&D and manufacturing capabilities spanning software, intelligent control, electrical engineering, robotics, big data, industrial cloud technology, machinery and precision machining.
Our technical team consists of more than 50 professionals, including 3 Japanese chief engineers and over 10 senior engineers. We have established long-term cooperative ties with ALMAC Automation Co., Ltd. of Japan and the Robotics Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and built an industry-university-research cooperation base together with the Equipment Automation Research Institute of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The company holds numerous invention patents and software copyrights.
Our core product portfolio includes: dual-spindle turn-mill composite machine tools, integrated automatic lathes, gantry robots and precision machine tools.
We are equipped with advanced production facilities, such as OKUMA horizontal machining centers and MAZAK vertical machining centers imported from Japan, large imported gantry machining centers, precision internal and external cylindrical grinders and heavy-duty gantry milling machines. Our advanced testing equipment includes imported coordinate measuring machines (CMM), high-precision laser interferometers and metallographic analyzers.
